English Bay Canoe Adventure
Experience the views of Vancouver’s skyline and the North Shore mountains from an unusual perspective – from the unforgettable moments is a sunset on English Bay. Paddle into the sunset in traditional Voyageur canoes. These classic Canadian crafts were developed in the 17th Century for the Canadian fur trade. Each can carry up to 20 passengers.
Paddling a Voyageur canoe requires a modest physical effort and provides all participants with a enjoyable environment in which to practice co-operation and teamwork.
Pull up on a beach for a smoked salmon snack. Qualified guides accompany each canoe and ensure clients comfort and explain the sights. Experience and fitness are not required. This excursion is also available in the morning. Complimentary pick-up from office or hotel.
