Reservations

Please make your reservation by e-mail or telephone. We require these details:

1. Name of the trip you wish to reserve for & your preferred date
2. First & last name, how many are in your party, and the ages of children under 12 years
3. Name and phone number of the hotel in Vancouver. Please include the name in which the room is registered if different from 2.
4. Valid credit card number and expiration date. We accept Visa or Mastercard. If you reserve by e-mail please send credit card information in 2 separate messages for security. The trip will only be charged the day before the trip. If you prefer to pay cash on the day of the trip please advise us so we won’t bill your card.
