Things To Do in Vancouver – Plan for your next holiday: cruise, train, aeroplan!
Outdoor holiday adventures are starting to wind down for the season. It’s getting rainy, cloudy and cool. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t plan for next year. Over the next several months many of you will be planning cruise vacations to Alaska, Hawaii or down to Mexico. Many of these cruises depart and/or finish in Vancouver or stop in here so you can see the city. We have many people that are off and onto the cruise ships that want a quick way of seeing the port city they depart from. So if you are coming out for a cruise next year keep and mind several of these day trips and shore excursions that are an excellent way of seeing the city before, after or during your cruise adventure.
Mountains, ocean, rivers, rain forest, all are only a short distance away from the city. Lotus Land Tours takes you to the Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain. Vancouver Attractions is a private tour of the city that includes a visit to Stanley Park, a walk through the rain forest and a stop-over in Chinatown’s Dr. Sun Yat Sen Park. The Vancouver kayaking tour and beach barbecue is perfect for your cruise couple on a honeymoon or anniversary or a family adventure. Whale watching starts in April depending on the spring weather. There’s lots to do. If you don’t see something here check out the rest of the website for other ideas.
Remember we can pick you up from your hotel or right at the cruise ship docks. Let us know what is most convenient for you for your cruise shore excursions.
